Knew Keyboard Shortcuts:
New Things I Learned Today:
- There are over 1 billion cells in a spread sheet
- Double click on the ruler in word the document to position long lines that are used for things like applications
- Instead of typing word for word in a cell you can position your cursor on the edge of a cell until you see a little square box and drag your items to the destination where you want it.
- To move a cell to another, click the cursor on the edge of the cell until you see something that looks like a compass and drag it where you want it.
New MS Word Ribbon Item:
- I learned how to insert a footnote at the end of an document by clicking in the reference tab.
